In our time together, we will embark on a journey of harmonious layers:
We will begin with a Somatic Flow, a series of gentle movements drawn from Medical Qigong, Yoga, and Lymphatic Flossing. Each motion is an invitation to presence, carefully woven to resonate with the healing frequencies of the crystal chakra bowls that will surround us. This is where mindful movement and sacred sound become one dialogue, guiding you into deeper states of release and alignment.
From this place of softened awareness, you will receive Acupuncture (or gentle ear seeds for those who prefer them). Each needle is placed with the prayer of inviting profound peace, balance, and a sense of wellness that radiates from your center.
As you rest in this receptive state, the sound journey deepens. The air will hum with the ethereal waves of the singing pyramid, feeling its vibrations travel through you, while the soft rhythms of wave drums and other instruments hold the space. This is designed to be a truly immersive experience—a transformative bath of vibration meant to cleanse, uplift, and renew your spirit.
I really feel that today's Somatic Acusound session was exactly what I needed. You said it's meant to be transformative, and I feel that it was. As you settle into a comfortable, supported position, wellness acupuncture is administered by Melody Osgood, LAc. This practice uses just a few gentle, strategic needles to guide your nervous system from a state of "doing" into profound "being." It clears energetic pathways, releases stored tension, and prepares your entire body to receive the healing vibrations of sound at a cellular level.
While in this deeply receptive state, you are immersed in a transformative sound bath led by Zach Osgood. The resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls, harmonizing pyramids, and other sacred instruments wash over and through you. This sonic journey works in powerful synergy with the acupuncture, guiding your brainwaves into restorative theta states, facilitating emotional and physical release, and promoting a harmonious recalibration of your entire being.
