Adzuki Bean Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup adzuki beans
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 stamp size of Kombu


1. Place the adzuki beans in pot with the water and bring to boil. With lid.
2. Lower the flame cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes.
3. Strain out the beans and drink the liquid while hot.


You can use left over Azuki bean for another dish.
